Accenture recently opened its third delivery center in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte to strengthen its leadership in the international and the local outsourcing industry, announced Global Delivery Lead and Senior Managing Director Manish Sharma.
The Accenture Delivery Center in Ilocos, in addition to existing centers in Metro Manila and Cebu, signifies Accenture’s continued growth and success in the Philippines, as well as its commitment to help advance the country’s information technology and business process management industry (IT-BPM).
“The Philippines, with its 45,000 employees across the country, is strategic in our Accenture Global Delivery Network and a significant part of our overall growth agenda,” he added.
The current workforce of the Delivery Center in Ilocos will initially provide Finance and Accounting BPO and Health Administration BPO services for global clients across Europe and North America.
The province’s abundant talent pool was one of the key reasons that led Accenture to open a delivery center in Ilocos Norte, noted Accenture Operations Service Delivery Operations Lead Benedict Hernandez.
