Divine Grace Bariuan
Research Manager
Divine is an experienced researcher with expertise in the fields of economics, statistics and finance. Prior her joining TFA, she worked as a senior market researcher and central bank economist. As Research Manager, her key duties include providing in-depth property market analyses and data insights.
Divine holds a dual Bachelor’s degrees in Applied Economics and Commerce major in Management of Financial Institutions, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration, all of which were earned at De La Salle University-Manila. Currently, Divine is also a Statistics and Research professor at De La Salle-College of St. Benilde.
In her spare time, you can find Divine traveling, reading, watching movies and television series, or crocheting.
