Patrisha obtained a degree in Business Administration major in Business Economics at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. She joined Tan, Frankum & Associates as an Analyst for office services.
She works closely with the Managing Directors and Associate Director for office and commercial property. She covers all aspects related to transaction and business development. Her role is also to maintain databases of Market supply and demand, collate property, market, and economic data and to provide analytical support on key projects and initiatives.
She looks forward in growing her cognition about the Real Estate Industry. During her non-working days, she loves to hang out with her family, friends and pets.
