Vincent Palec

Associate Director

Vincent Palec has over eight years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in assisting occupiers in identifying optimal real estate solutions that would support their overall business goals. Vince joined TFA in September 2015 as an analyst for the Office Services team and, since then, has gone on to become the department’s leader.

Vince holds an economics degree from Adamson University and is currently working to obtain a Masters in Commercial Real Estate certification at CoreNet Global. To date, Vince has helped transact over 40,000 sqm of office leases.

When he’s not working, Vince is active in various outdoor activities such as dragonboat racing, long distance running, basketball, and airsoft. He also does volunteer works for Adamson University ICES SAVE, an outreach organization that focuses on poverty alleviation and livelihood programs.
