Greenfield Automotive Park - Industrial Lots for Lease

Greenfield Autopark (GAP) is a 62-hectare industrial Park located at Brgy. Don Jose, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. Balibago Land Corporation (Greenfield Development Corporation) established GAP in 1998 and has stimulated the economy through the employment of workers from its manufacturing, electronics, automotive, and other industrial companies. The Park’s largest locator, Mitsubishi Motors, is occupying almost half of GAP’s total area.

Major locators in GAP include Mitsubishi, Nitto Denko Philippines Corporation, Agri-Specialist, Emperador Distillers, Silgan White Cap SEA, Inc., and Schelemmer Philippines.
