Laguna Technopark (LTI) is a 319-hectare industrial park located at Sta. Rosa and Biñan City in Laguna. Developed by Laguna Technopark, Inc, LTI has transformed from being a sugarcane field to one of the Philippines’ World-class industrial park – a home to more than 200 locators. It can conveniently be accessed via South Luzon Expressway and Cavite-Laguna Expressway. LTI is known for its high quality infrastructures, such as the highway-grade concrete roads, digital hybrid fiver-optic telecommunication network that is capable of full video, data, internet and voice communications, a power substation with 1-133MVA and 1-50MVA transformer, detention ponds, and centralized waste water facility.

LTI also has on-site amenities that would provide security and convenience to the locators. These include the PEZA office, BOC office, Administration office, Fire Brigade, Security force, Banking facilities, Social Hall, and transport terminals. Ltd., Takata Philippines Corporation, Universal Motors Corporation (Nissan), Honda Cars Philippines, Inc., and GF Micro Optics Phils., Inc. LTI has now expanded to its eight phase and have opened more than 50,000 square meters of leasable space.
