Trent co-founded TFA in 2011 after spending nine years at CB Richard Ellis Philippines, with the final four years serving as the General Manager & Executive Director. Over the course of his time at CBRE, Trent juggled many responsibilities including: account management of the firm’s investment and tenant representation clients, liaising with the firm’s global offices for select accounts, delivering market presentations to various business groups, strategic business development endeavors, and building the investment advisory team, among others. Trent’s last two projects under his guidance at CBRE are a series of market studies and development consultancy for Bridgebury Realty, the owner of Zuellig Building, and the en bloc sale of 82 residential units at a high-end residential condominium in Makati.
