Ten Tolentino is a lawyer specializing in property and tax (3 years’ PQE), leveraging over a decade of experience in real estate finance and data analytics. She joined TFA in 2013 and performs investment advisory, deal structuring, contract review, financial modeling and legal due diligence, and oversees research and day-to-day operations. She built up her corporate real estate experience working in CB Richard Ellis and in McKinsey & Co.’s Global Real Estate Group. She attended the Ateneo de Manila University for college, the Asian Institute of Management for MBA, and the University of the Philippines College of Law for her Juris Doctor degree.
Ten is a lifelong learner, a social entrepreneur, a curious explorer of cities, a yoga enthusiast and a krav maga student (IKMF P1 certified).
